Our clients include many of North America's top agribusiness leaders. And right now, we need a full-time Sr. Agri-Marketing Manager in our Calgary office.
The Sr. Agri-Marketing Manager is responsible for providing overall strategic direction to a team of professionals who plan, direct communications, advertising campaigns and projects using a wide array of resources and tactics. The Sr. Agri-Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for client satisfaction, business growth, budgetary considerations, team profitability, team member interaction and morale.
Requirements
To become an AdFarmer, the candidate will have:
• A College Diploma or University Degree with a specialization in Agriculture, Marketing or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of business or agency experience in agriculture, advertising, marketing or communications.
• At least 5 years experience in the agriculture, horticulture, and/or foods industry is necessary.
• At least 3 years leadership/management experience is a must.
• Strategic understanding of the communications and marketing needs of the agricultural industry.
• Demonstrated financial, marketing and strategic skills necessary to deal effectively with clients, position issues, products and brands in the marketplace.
• Experience and knowledge in the production of high quality campaign briefs, marketing strategies and plans.
• Excellent networking and liaison skills with demonstrated client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage team and client project budgets.
The ideal AdFarmer will have the ability to be highly organized and self motivated, with excellent project management and time management skills. And last but not least, we need someone who works and plays well with others, with an ability and desire to work within a team and contribute towards one.
