POSITION SUMMARY:
The Art Director is responsible for bringing creativity, continuity and consistency to our client’s brand, including all visual solutions – from concept development to finished art.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Post-secondary qualification in Fine Arts, Design or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience or training in the use of Adobe-in-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark Express
A portfolio of at least three comprehensive advertising campaigns
Experience in online video and interactive design
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Demonstrated passion for and appreciation of all advertising
Strong art direction, design and studio production skills
Ability to work well with others
Excellent ability to listen, understand and interpret clients requirements
Ability to think conceptually and develop original ideas and solutions
Demonstrated time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work productively with limited supervision
Excellent oral communication skills
