AdFarm Sells Issues and Insights Consulting Division

Calgary, Alberta - June 2, 2009: AdFarm today announced that Issues and Insights, a consulting division of AdFarm has been sold to its director, Rob Hannam.

Originating as the consulting arm of AdFarm, Issues and Insights will become a completely separate business entity, owned and operated by Rob Hannam and focused exclusively on consulting services for the agri-food sector as of May 29, 2009.

"This sale represents great growth opportunities for both companies, allowing each company to capture their full market potential," says Roger Reierson, managing partner, AdFarm.

Issues and Insights currently has offices located in Guelph, Ontario and Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Guelph office presently situated within the AdFarm office relocated on May 29th to another location in Guelph.
